By accessing wavestarai.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. These Terms apply to all visitors, regardless of whether you engage WaveStar AI for services.

2. What this site is

This website provides information about WaveStar AI's services and allows prospective clients to schedule a consultation. The site is informational. Viewing it, booking a call, or submitting any inquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or lock in any pricing.

Pricing displayed on this site reflects current standard rates and is subject to change without notice. Final pricing for any engagement is confirmed in a signed agreement.

3. Scheduling a consultation

Booking a call through this website is handled by Calendly. Scheduling a consultation does not obligate either party to enter into a service agreement. Consultations are free and carry no commitment.

WaveStar AI reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any consultation at its discretion.

4. Payments

Payments for WaveStar AI services may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, bank transfers, invoicing platforms, or other approved payment methods. All payment terms — amounts, schedules, refund conditions, and cancellation rights — are defined in the signed service agreement for each engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes a payment obligation.

WaveStar AI does not store or have access to your payment card information. Any online payment information is handled directly by the applicable payment provider and is subject to that provider's privacy and security practices.

5. Refund Policy

Project deposits reserve development time, planning, research, and project resources. Once work has begun, project deposits are non-refundable.

Websites, branding assets, content, automation systems, and related deliverables are custom-created for each client. Due to the custom nature of these services, completed work is non-refundable.

Monthly services may be canceled according to the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, monthly service remains active through the end of the current billing period and partial-month refunds are not provided.

WaveStar AI may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial or full refund in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision does not create an obligation for future refunds.

6. Revision Policy

Website projects include reasonable revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Revisions are intended to refine and improve the agreed-upon design, content, and functionality.

Revision requests that substantially change the original project scope, add new pages, add new features, require major redesigns, or introduce new requirements may be billed separately or addressed through a revised project agreement.

WaveStar AI will communicate clearly if a requested revision falls outside the original scope before performing additional billable work.

7. Ownership

Upon full payment of all agreed project fees, ownership of the completed website and associated deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in writing.

WaveStar AI may display completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Project Delays

If required materials, approvals, content, access credentials, or feedback are not provided within a reasonable timeframe, project schedules may be adjusted accordingly.

WaveStar AI is not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials, delayed approvals, third-party platform issues, domain access issues, hosting access issues, or other circumstances outside its control.

9. Results Disclaimer

Website performance depends on factors outside WaveStar AI's control, including market conditions, competition, advertising efforts, pricing, business operations, customer demand, and follow-up practices.

WaveStar AI does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, revenue increases, appointment volume, or business outcomes.

10. Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact WaveStar AI directly regarding any billing concern before initiating a chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing concerns promptly and professionally.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, code, and the WaveStar AI name and logo — is the property of WaveStar AI and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, copy, republish, or redistribute any content from this site without prior written permission. Screenshots for personal reference or sharing a link to the site are permitted.
